Mr. Teodor Enev is managing partner and co-founder of the MKE Munich Investment GmbH group of companies and all affiliated groups in Germany. In his role as Managing Director of MKE Munich Investment GmbH, he is responsible for finance, construction and corporate management. Together with Mr. Nayden Kolev, he founded the group of companies in 2014 and has been jointly responsible for the successful business development of the companies ever since. In addition, Mr. Enev is a member of the Investment Committee, where he actively decides on new investments and the long-term direction of the investment strategy.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Enev has successfully constructed over 300,000 square meters of real estate in Germany - in various asset classes, including residential, office, logistics and retail properties. He is a recognized expert with a deep understanding of the specifics and dynamics of the German construction and real estate development market. His extensive expertise in the German construction industry makes him a driving force behind our construction cost reduction strategies.
