Your task
As a Junior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the realization of our residential construction projects with an average of around 100 residential units - from the initial concept to handing over the keys - under the guidance of and in close cooperation with experienced Project Managers and the Project Director.
- You will support the project team in the organization, coordination and implementation of projects and get to know all the relevant processes.
- You will be involved in ensuring that our project development manual is implemented and adhered to. Your suggestions and ideas for improving our established system are welcome and expressly encouraged.
- They support the optimization of planning and construction concepts with a clear focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness and speed.
- You will help to coordinate and control the architectural and engineering teams involved in the project during the planning phase and ensure that our project development manual is adhered to.
- You will be involved in negotiating and drafting contracts with partners, contractors and service providers involved in the project based on our project development manual.
- You will support the monitoring of the individual project teams in the implementation of the construction contracts and assist in the control of the executing companies (individual awarding of construction work to subcontractors).
- Together with experienced colleagues, you coordinate cooperation with authorities, engineers, architects and subcontractors.
Your profile
- Completed studies (real estate economics, real estate management, architecture, construction, engineering) or comparable training. Initial practical experience (e.g. through internships or working student activities) is an advantage, but not essential.
- Interest in project management and real estate development.
- High performance, assertiveness, entrepreneurial spirit.
- The ability to work in a team and the willingness to take on responsibility and develop further.
- Unconventional thinking and the ability to question established approaches and boldly try out new methods in residential planning and construction.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation and a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed

- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PDF.

Remuneration:
Your remuneration (fixed salary + performance-related pay) will be determined individually and will be based on your qualifications and experience as a young professional.
The performance bonus is linked to the achievement of project targets and is paid out in several tranches during the project.
The performance-related remuneration is guaranteed by a binding contract with very clear targets/bonuses. The performance bonus is paid in several stages over the duration of the project. For example: Upon receipt of the building permit with the improved parameters, upon completion of the shell work within the budget and schedule, upon successful completion.
