Your task
As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the realization of our residential construction projects with an average of around 100 residential units - from the initial concept to handing over the keys. You will lead the project team, make decisions and ensure that quality, budget and schedule are not only achieved, but exceeded.
- Ensure that our project development manual is implemented and adhered to. Your suggestions and ideas for improving our established system are welcome and expressly encouraged.
- Optimization of planning and construction concepts with a clear focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness and speed.
- Coordinating and supervising the architectural and engineering teams involved in the project during the planning phase and ensuring that they comply with our project development manual is adhered to.
- Conducting negotiations and drafting contracts with partners, contractors and service providers involved in the project based on our project development manual.
- Supervision of the individual project teams in the implementation of the construction contracts and control of the executing companies (individual awarding of construction work to subcontractors)
- Coordination with authorities, engineers, architects, subcontractors.
Your profile
- Completed studies (architecture, construction, engineering) or comparable experience.
- High performance, assertiveness, entrepreneurial spirit.

- Ability to learn quickly and prioritize correctly to meet investor and business needs.

Remuneration:
Your remuneration (fixed salary + very high performance-related pay) will be determined individually and may vary depending on the following factors: Motivation, job-specific knowledge and skills, education and experience.
Your performance bonus, which is paid out in several installments during the project, is based on your performance and the achievement of your targets and ranges between 12 and 36 monthly salaries per project.
The performance-related remuneration is guaranteed by a binding contract with very clear targets/bonuses. The performance bonus is paid in several stages over the duration of the project. For example: Upon receipt of the building permit with the improved parameters, upon completion of the shell work within the budget and schedule, upon successful completion.
