Your task

  • Coordination and documentation of regular maintenance, inspections (e.g. TÜV) and rectification of defects
  • Independent implementation of maintenance and repair measures
  • Tendering, management and control of external service providers (e.g. facility management, tradesmen)
  • Warranty management for new buildings
  • Regular property inspections and reporting on technical problems
  • Planning and implementation of OpEx measures incl. market comparison, invoice verification and acceptances
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. asset management, energy managers)

Your profile

  • Completed technical training or studies (e.g. facility management, civil engineering)
  • Several years of experience in technical property management or a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge in the maintenance and testing of technical building systems
  • Organizational talent, strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems
  • Knowledge of contract management and the awarding of services
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, drive and initiative
  • Strong desire to learn and be successful
