Your task
- You will lead a small project team and take responsibility for the complete project development of a construction project from the purchase of land to completion (LPH 1-9)
- Establishment, further development and management of a powerful development team
- Client representation vis-à-vis companies, planners, authorities and neighbors
- Planning and construction law preparation of projects
- Optimization of planning and construction concepts with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness in every project phase
- Participation in project acquisition and sales (exit)
- Coordination and control of the architectural and engineering teams involved in the project during the planning phase
- Conducting negotiations and drafting contracts with partners and service providers involved in the project
- Supervision of the individual project teams in the implementation of the construction contracts and the control of the executing companies (individual awarding of contracts)
- Coordination with authorities, engineers, architects, construction companies
- Establishing a network of contacts in the region and beyond
Your profile
- Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification (technical focus)
- Several years of professional experience in the development of residential real estate (technical focus)
- Proven track record in leadership and team building
- Exceptional problem solving skills with a focus on speed
- Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV as well as good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
- Out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to question established approaches and boldly try out new methods in residential construction
- Experience in already implemented residential real estate projects is an advantage
- Confident, communicative and engaging demeanor
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as organizational talent and resilience
- Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
- High level of enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
