Completion of the Freiham Nord WA2 West project in Munich and handover to Wertgrund

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a new residential complex in the Freiham development area in Munich. A total of four buildings were constructed, comprising 93 residential units and 3 commercial units. At least 60% of the apartments are reserved for households whose members work in so-called shortage occupations.

MKE Munich Investment secured the property through a leasehold arrangement in partnership with the City of Munich and is serving as the project developer and investor.
