In an era when most technology based products are becoming ever more efficient, reliable and cost-effective, the basic structures of residential construction in Germany have remained virtually unchanged for decades. We have set ourselves the goal of fundamentally changing this paradigm: By developing a standardized, highly optimized approach, we aim to drastically reduce construction costs while significantly increasing the quality and reliability of housing. Combined with the increasing demand for affordable housing, this new model will pave the way for more efficient, sustainable and social urban development.

By eliminating traditional, cost-intensive structures - both internally in project management and externally through targeted individual tendering instead of general contractor models - we reduce costs, speed up decision-making processes and increase transparency. By mapping the majority of planning and management services internally, we not only ensure closer quality control, but also shorten the feedback loop between planning and execution. By consistently focusing on simple, proven floor plans, standardized materials and optimized construction processes, we create robust, high-quality products - efficient, reliable and sustainable.
