The residential complex at Aubinger Allee 120–122 in Munich-Freiham is a project by Südbaden Immobilien and its subsidiary MKE Munich Investment. As the parent company and the entity primarily responsible, Südbaden Immobilien oversaw this project from the initial concept through financing, planning, and all the way to successful completion and handover. MKE Munich Investment assumed operational oversight of the project planners and, in close collaboration with Südbaden Immobilien, guided the project through all phases of implementation. The project was led by Teodor Enev and his project team. As managing director of both companies—Südbaden Immobilien and MKE Munich Investment—Teodor Enev is the unifying leader who has had a decisive influence on the project.
