Completion of the Neugraben Residential Complex Project in Ladenburg

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our new residential complex in the Quartier Nordstadt-Kurzgewann development area in Ladenburg. The project consists of two buildings with a total of 42 affordable residential units and one commercial unit. The complex was built to the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard, complies with ESG criteria, and is fully leased as of the start of leasing. The apartments are secured for the long term under the L-Bank subsidy program with a 40-year rent control agreement.

MKE Munich Investment served as the developer and investor for the project in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.
